One memory, every window.
Dana asks once. Luis gets the answer from his own agent, without asking her, and only what his role lets him see.
Example. Dana Brooks, office manager at Oakline Flooring & Tile, asks Duit in her window, where answers use Claude: "Schedule Sam for a tile delivery on Saturday." Duit checks Google Calendar and Jobber and answers: Sam is free Saturday 8 to 12, and the Alvarez kitchen tile, 14 boxes, is ready in the warehouse. It adds the delivery to Sam's calendar for Saturday 8:00 to 10:00, adds a delivery visit to Jobber job #1042, and posts Saturday's run in the #deliveries channel in Slack. It drafts a text to Rosa Alvarez at 220 Birch Ave, "Hi Rosa, Sam from Oakline will deliver your tile Saturday between 8 and 10 am.", which waits until Dana confirms it in her browser. Then it saves the delivery to company memory. Underneath, the Omphalos log shows each step: Consortium allows Dana's request, Duit reads two sources, updates three apps and stores the delivery. A little later Luis Romero, the warehouse lead, asks Duit in his own window, where answers use ChatGPT: "Where is Sam delivering on Saturday?" Duit finds one match in company memory. Consortium allows the job address for his role and withholds the customer's phone number. Duit answers: 220 Birch Ave, the Alvarez kitchen. 14 boxes of 12x24 porcelain tile. Sam leaves 7:30, so load by 7:15. It cites Jobber job #1042 and Dana, today at 2:14 pm.
